About

Hi, I’m Tony LaRosa, a huge advocate for aviation excellence and the sustainable growth of the space economy.

For over a decade, I worked in the heart of the FAA, from the control room to headquarters, where I played a leading role in shaping national aviation training policy. I served as one of the original architects of the Enhanced AT-CTI and CTO Partnership (CTO-P) Programs, designing the very framework that now trains the next generation of air traffic controllers. That work inspired me to launch Precision ATC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping colleges and universities build and maintain FAA-compliant training programs through curriculum, simulation, staffing, and policy expertise.

But my passion doesn’t stop at 36,000 feet.
As Managing Director for Cislunar's Washington DC office, Founder and Managing Director of the Interplanetary Chamber of Commerce (ICoC), and Secretary for the Washington Space Business Roundtable (WSBR), I work to advance international policy, economic collaboration, and sustainable industry growth across the emerging space economy. From commercial satellites to lunar commerce, I advocate for a marketplace that connects private innovation with global opportunity. I believe space should be built on cooperation, smart regulation, and real-world impact, not just aspiration.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on bridging policy and practice—whether I’m helping a community college stand up its first ATC program or guiding space companies through government relations strategies.
